The following links will direct you to databases maintained by the provincial and federal governments. Direct links are provided to the the laws which most commonly come into play in family law disputes, as well as the federal and provincial constitutional documents.
Despite their source, the electronic versions of these statutes are not the "official" version. For that you will have to attend your local law library, the office of the provincial Queen's Printer in Victoria, or the outlets for the federal Queen's Printer in Vancouver and Victoria.
